The New England Wildlife Centers (NEWCS) operates two nonprofit wildlife veterinary hospitals and education centers in Barnstable and Weymouth, Massachusetts.

Every year, our veterinarians and wildlife experts provide critical care to injured, orphaned, and sick wild animals, giving them a second chance to return to the wild.

At the same time, we engage thousands of people through education and outreach programs that inspire environmental stewardship and conservation.

Our mission is simple but powerful:
to protect wildlife, educate communities, and preserve the natural legacy of Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and the Islands — one animal and one person at a time.
